The publication The History of Alexander the Great’s Successors presents the first 50 years after the death of Alexander the Great. It describes the foundation and establishment of the great Hellenistic kingdoms in the East and the political and arbitrating role of Macedonia in the dissemination of Greek civilisation to the ends of the world. At the same time, it analyses the exceptional importance of the Hellenistic Age and its influence on the rising Roman world.
